During times of change, self-care can be challenging.
Today, life itself can feel like a constant flow of change.
This six week online immersion offers information, support, structure & guidance to develop greater strength and wellbeing.
This is an inside out approach. Through conscious engagement of breath, body & stillness you will discover a new way of tending your mind, body & soul.
Design a unique daily self-care program (dinacharyia). Your new recipe for daily living will honour your nature. The goal is to establish & tend to your centre each day.
Holistic approaches of living will be shared. These offer you an inside out map of living to realize your unique goals.
New awareness will fuel new choices.
You will leave this experience empowered to live life with greater ease, respect, integrity & generosity of spirit.
